You can reach us three ways: call (604) 632-4959, text the same number, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours run Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Texting is welcome, and a short message is plenty; we'll take it from there.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
Call, text or email
- Call (604) 632-4959 when you'd rather talk it through. If we miss you, leave your name, your shop's name and a number.
- Text (604) 632-4959 from the truck or the basement, whenever your hands are free for a minute. Two lines is enough: your business name, your city and what you want help with.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send details, a link to your website, or a few months of numbers.
Meetings happen in person or online by video call, and much of the ongoing work runs over phone, text and email.
What to include in your first message
Every detail below sharpens our first answer, though you can skip any of it. None of it is required.
- Your business name and website.
- Where you work: your main town and the area your trucks cover.
- Your trade mix: roughly how much of your work is plumbing, heating and cooling.
- Crew size: technicians and apprentices in each trade.
- The problem: for example, "heating side is all referrals", "dead in April", "can't hire a gasfitter".
- What you've tried: past agencies, ads or software, and what happened.
A template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We do about [X]% plumbing and [Y]% HVAC with [number] techs. Our main problem is [problem]. Website: [link]. Best time to reach me: [time].
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to set up a 30-minute consultation at a time that suits you. It's free and separate from any paid plan.
- We look before we talk. Ahead of the call we review your website, Google Business Profile and reviews, and how each trade shows up in local search.
- You get an honest view. On the call we tell you what we see, which of our services would help first, and roughly what that would cost. If we don't think you need us yet, we'll say so.
If you decide to go ahead, you'll receive a written proposal covering the work, the plan, ad budgets and reporting. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
Before you get in touch
A few pages that might answer your question first:
- Pricing: the three plans, sales tax by province, and a sum to check whether a plan pays.
- Results: results from our HVAC work, named and linked, with what transfers to a combined shop.
- FAQ: contracts, ownership of accounts, timelines and reporting.
- Guides: practical reading on brand structure, cross-selling and seasonal planning.
Who you'll be talking to
The person replying works for MechanicalAgency.ca, a marketing and business consulting service in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. Ali Sedighi, MBA leads it from the group's Vancouver, BC headquarters. We work with combined plumbing and HVAC shops across Canada.
We are not a contractor. If you're a homeowner looking for someone to fix a furnace, a leak or a blocked drain, we can't send a technician; please contact a licensed local contractor. If you run that contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
If you're not sure you're ready
Some owners get in touch a year before they want to change anything. That's fine. A first conversation can simply be about where your shop is today: how the trades split, which months hurt and what you've tried. You'll leave with a few things to check yourself, and no follow-up pressure.
How we handle your details
We use the phone number or email address you contact us from only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Your details never go onto a promotional list; email from us only ever follows a message you sent first. The privacy page has the details.
Frequently asked questions
What's the fastest way to reach you?
A call during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Outside those hours, a text or email is better; we usually reply within one business day.
Do I need to prepare anything before the first call?
No. It helps to know roughly how your work splits between plumbing and HVAC, how many technicians you have, and which months are slow, but we can work those out together.
Where do meetings take place?
In person or online by video call, whichever suits you. Plenty of owners also prefer to handle the early back-and-forth by phone, text or email.
Will I be passed to a junior salesperson?
No. The first conversation is with a senior strategist who can answer questions about your brand, your seasons and your numbers on the spot.
